Meet our new Provider!
Stephanie Porter, DNP
Stephanie is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Arizona, where she graduated Magna Cum Laude in 2017. She began her healthcare career after earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Northern Arizona University in 2011, gaining six years of experience as a registered nurse across various inpatient specialties, including medical-surgical, telemetry, and intensive care.
With a strong interest in dermatologic care, Stephanie transitioned into the field of dermatology in 2019, joining a high-volume, well-established dermatology practice. She has a particular passion for skin cancer prevention and early detection and is deeply committed to delivering personalized, evidence-based care that aligns with each patient’s unique needs and goals.
Stephanie advocates for a holistic approach to medicine, believing that optimal health outcomes are best achieved by understanding the full scope of a patient’s experience—not just the symptoms presented. She prioritizes identifying underlying causes rather than focusing solely on surface-level diagnoses. This broad, integrative perspective allows her to consider the biological, environmental, emotional, and lifestyle factors that may contribute to dermatologic concerns.
She is a strong proponent of patient education and believes in empowering individuals through knowledge and open communication. Her approach emphasizes the importance of prevention, long-term wellness, and proactive treatment strategies that support both skin health and overall well-being.
Stephanie continuously seeks to expand her clinical knowledge and stays at the forefront of advances in dermatologic care to ensure she provides the highest standard of service to her patients.
